Born and bred in North Carolina, I grew up in areas from Gaston County to Alamance County. After graduating from UNC Chapel Hill, I have lived and worked in the NC Triad and Triangle cities of Burlington, Carrboro, Chapel Hill, Durham and Mebane. I currently live in Hillsborough and have children attending public and private school in the city. Orange County has been my home for almost 20 years.

Originally from Southern Illinois, Diana grew up in the midst of a 50-acre farm, and a childhood of gardens, horses, ponds, pigs & fowl. She spent many days boating and fishing on local lakes. Diana attended classes in Early Childhood education at Kaskaskia College and started a career caring for children. From there, Diana invested 34 years leading business organizations. This investment fostered her well known critical thinking skills, strategic decision making, and her ability to lead her subjects to successful outcomes by correctly identifying their passion.

In the summer of 2002, Diana relocated to NC to assist in taking of her family.  She organized the placement of her mother into an Assisted Living Community and personally served as a care provider for her father-in-law prior to his passing. Diana’s heart for assisting others evolved into a position as a Senior Care Consultant in Wake county and eight surrounding counties by 2012.

Diana transferred these life career developments into the real estate industry in 2021 and has been successfully serving both buyers and sellers in the NC Triad and Triangle areas since. Throughout Diana’s career history, she has consistently advocated for the well-being of her clients and truly enjoys customizing the process to best serve each individual client during what are known as some of the biggest life decisions they will ever make.

When relaxing, Diana enjoys traveling and spending time with her children and extended family and friends. Caring for seniors and their families in her local area is now also a personal mission.

As owner of REPS, Kim is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service in handling the real estate closing process. A native of Graham, NC, Kim holds a BA degree from UNC-Wilmington and has been a licensed NC Real Estate Broker since 2002. She is a licensed Broker-In-Charge and has a ABR designation.  She has worked thousands of real estate closings in her career and strives to keep buyers and sellers informed of the next steps. Kim brings knowledge, expertise, organization and integrity to every part of your real estate transaction. Conditioned to remain professionally accessible, maintain great listening skills, and act as a proficient communicator, she is committed to helping our clients keep perspective while having the courage and grace to share with them what they need to hear. Once Natalie has assisted you in getting under contract, she will work directly with Kim to teach you what to expect next at every turn, and seamlessly guide everyone to closing.
