NATALIE BREE


Born and bred in North Carolina, I grew up in areas from Gaston County to Alamance County. After graduating from UNC Chapel Hill, I have lived and worked in the NC Triad and Triangle cities of Burlington, Carrboro, Chapel Hill, Durham and Mebane. I currently live in Hillsborough and have children attending public and private school in the city. Orange County has been my home for almost 20 years.

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional – integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

In my experience as a NC Triad and Triangle area real estate professional, I’ve also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. It also means having the courage and grace to tell you what you need to hear, rather than what I think you would like to hear. I am grateful for my past career opportunities in Business, Team Development and Transaction Management that have created the foundation for these skills.

This “client first” philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I’ve found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I’ve always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. DIANA HERRINGTON


Originally from Southern Illinois, Diana grew up in the midst of a 50-acre farm, and a childhood of gardens, horses, ponds, pigs & fowl. She spent many days boating and fishing on local lakes. Diana attended classes in Early Childhood education at Kaskaskia College and started a career caring for children. From there, Diana invested 34 years leading business organizations. This investment fostered her well known critical thinking skills, strategic decision making, and her ability to lead her subjects to successful outcomes by correctly identifying their passion.

In the summer of 2002, Diana relocated to NC to assist in taking of her family.  She organized the placement of her mother into an Assisted Living Community and personally served as a care provider for her father-in-law prior to his passing. Diana’s heart for assisting others evolved into a position as a Senior Care Consultant in Wake county and eight surrounding counties by 2012.

Diana transferred these life career developments into the real estate industry in 2021 and has been successfully serving both buyers and sellers in the NC Triad and Triangle areas since. Throughout Diana’s career history, she has consistently advocated for the well-being of her clients and truly enjoys customizing the process to best serve each individual client during what are known as some of the biggest life decisions they will ever make.

When relaxing, Diana enjoys traveling and spending time with her children and extended family and friends. Caring for seniors and their families in her local area is now also a personal mission.

HANK DUNN


Hank Dunn is a native of North Carolina and has lived in many areas of the state over the past two decades. He currently resides in the Alamance county area of Mebane with his wife and daughter.

A graduate of East Carolina University with a BS degree in Sociology and a minor in Business Administration, Hank has spent most of his career in sales, working with healthcare acquisition groups across the US and Canada. He also acquired his license as an administrator with the North Carolina Assisted Living Association, an accomplishment which has contributed to a productive real estate career as a NC Broker selling land and homes in Alamance, Orange, Chatham, Person, Durham, and Wake counties. 

Hank’s dedicated purpose is to help his clients achieve their goals through full-service project management, whether buying or selling their first property, needing to downsize, building their dream property, seeking an investment portfolio, or relocating for retirement. Hank is passionate about real estate, as he sees it as an opportunity to assist individuals who aspire to own a home or build wealth with real estate investment properties. Presenting with reliability, honesty and integrity, his clients quickly gain confidence in his effort. With his relational style, Hank takes the time to note his clients’ interests, working diligently to deliver the best outcome possible that is specific to each clients’ personal needs. His meticulous approach enables his clients to make informed decisions when buying or selling NC real estate.

Hank’s personal interests and hobbies include collecting historical artifacts from the 18th century to antiquity. He enjoys the challenge of expanding his early human history and civilization knowledge, with a focus on underwater exploration (specifically shipwrecks). He also currently serves as a board member at the Mebane History Museum, his hometown. He and his family frequent the mountains and beach to sail and boat as well. Back home, Hank volunteers much of his personal time helping those in need with Meals on Wheels deliveries, food bank events, and helping individuals in their final life moments at Hospice of Alamance.

KIM DEL FAVERO


As owner of REPS, Kim is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service in handling the real estate closing process. A native of Graham, NC, Kim holds a BA degree from UNC-Wilmington and has been a licensed NC Real Estate Broker since 2002. She is a licensed Broker-In-Charge and has a ABR designation.  She has worked thousands of real estate closings in her career and strives to keep buyers and sellers informed of the next steps. Kim brings knowledge, expertise, organization and integrity to every part of your real estate transaction. Conditioned to remain professionally accessible, maintain great listening skills, and act as a proficient communicator, she is committed to helping our clients keep perspective while having the courage and grace to share with them what they need to hear. Once our broker team members have assisted you in getting under contract, they will work directly with Kim to prepare you for what to expect next at every turn, for a seamless closing.
