Originally from the scenic Finger Lakes Region of Western New York, Stephanie began her career in 2002 with a Title Company serving the state. She quickly developed a passion for the research, structure, and flow of the title process.
After visiting family in North Carolina’s Triangle area, she knew the state would one day become home. That dream became a reality in 2011 when she moved to Hillsborough—and everything fell into place.
For the past 13 years, she has continued her work with a Title Settlement Company in North Carolina, building a strong foundation of experience and a well-rounded skill set. Her natural enthusiasm for how all the elements of a transaction come together has led her to take an active interest in other facets of the real estate industry as well.
Stephanie serves as the executive support lead for Natalie Bree, while also working closely with our team of brokers. She brings decades of experience as a professional real estate analyst, applying her expertise to support each of our buyer and seller transactions with precision and insight.
In addition to her analytical role, Stephanie is actively involved in identifying opportunities to improve our firm’s technology, systems, and overall client experience. Her primary passion lies in ensuring clients have the information and guidance they need to make sound, strategic decisions—empowering them to achieve their real estate goals and build long-term wealth.
When she’s not working, she enjoys spending quality time with her two sons, traveling, exploring beautiful coastlines, and listening to live music.
