Meet Charlotte
Charlotte Morgan is a seasoned entrepreneur who founded three service-based businesses: a Real Estate firm, an Executive Search Agency, and a Media & Promotions Agency. She held leadership roles as Western Publisher of The Los Angeles Times Sunday Magazine and Group Publisher at Adweek Magazines, overseeing Brandweek and Technology Marketing magazines.
With extensive real estate investment experience, Charlotte has built or renovated nine homes, an industrial warehouse, and office spaces in cities including Chicago, New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chapel Hill, and Carrboro. She launched her real estate career in San Francisco in 2008, quickly becoming the top new agent at Zephyr Real Estate in the midst of the housing crisis.
A lifelong learner, Charlotte holds the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation and is pursuing appraisal training. Known for her strong negotiation skills and solutions-focused approach, she thrives on closing deals for her clients. She is a proud Brown University alumna with a degree in Development Studies. Passionate about communication, she offers Real Estate services in Spanish and English. She can get by in Brazilian Portugese and French as well.
Charlotte now resides in Carrboro with her husband, Dave, their sons Finn and Dash, two dogs, and one friendly cat.
